The Supreme Court regularly interferes with congressional decisions by striking down unconstitutional laws. Can they invalidate an election after Congress has validated the winner?

If Lin Wood really has something on Roberts, now would be a really good time for it to come out.
There's no precedent for it, that I'm aware of. On paper the Congress did nothing un-Constitutional.
Im pretty sure Congress has committed lots of unconstitutional things. Many felonies too.
Find a court to listen to you. You can't.
This is something I thought I'd never seen - the Swamp has set out to destroy an outsider, and they have accomplished that, and they're not done yet - and they're gonna come for us, too.
Politicians are now officially a protected class. Not like before, when it was just a common gripe, it's now blatant. None of them will go to jail, unless they decide it. Not us. They, and the George Soros' of the world have made it that way.
The country I believed existed no longer does. I need to wrap my head around that, and it's gonna take a while. Following the rules no longer benefits you, as a citizen. The swamp has proven it can protect itself, to any extreme.
We all have some long, hard thinking to do right now.
Texas should for sure. That was the whole argument the SC made "You havent been damaged, so you cant sue", (fyi they were suing because of Kamala being vp). So now they should be able to. Or after inauguration
I'm not sure maybe someone else can comment on exact legality. I know showing Biden as a total criminal would be a good strategy cause if indicted on high crimes in a military court it sure would damper his hopes to take office. Think any decision from scotus wouldn't be worth paper it was written on if Roberts and other judges have committed treason or crime against humanity. BUT,,, I did hear that Roberts loves to FORCE a lot of things in places they shouldn't be, and that's part of his charges. We will see!
