The government wants access to your bank account and you gave it to them. If your stimulus payment is in limbo? It is because you weren't smart enough to NEVER give them that personal information. If you did? You fucked yourself. You wanted it faster, more immediate. So you provided your tax preparer with vital information. I suggest immediately that you report your current card with an account number and routing number stolen. I know this will never get stickied. It's just a P.SA. The last Stimulus check arrived without a hitch. Now they require who and when you filed? They aren't stupid. And neither are you. Report your bank account's. That are affiliated with your tax preparer stolen, lost or gone.

Pede, the IRS has had my information all along. They can get it easily.
If you're talking about delayed checks, TurboTax sent out a letter yesterday about it, the IRS fucked up, and it's being fixed.
Reporting your card stolen is meaningless. The IRS can get any banking info on you it wants. All you'll get done is be unable to make transactions until they issue you a new one.
This post is just silly.
