Looking at the 'concession speech' video. Does it not seem weird? Like the head seems to move differently then the body? Anyone able to see this besides myself? Am I just seeing things?

i dunno. I'm a film editor and the points they brought up definitely make sense. I thought the strange cut to a side angle in the middle when he brings up transition of power was weird
