That's what I've been thinking, it'd be ridiculously simple for them to do. People hack other peoples accounts all the time, and Twitter has access to everyone's passwords because they run the platform.

I went back to before Christmas on trumps tweets & everything only said Twitter for iPhone. This shit is weird!

Edit: I see he’s posted it twice. 1st time it says twitter media studio, 2nd time twitter for iPhone.
