Information warfare is perception, persuasion and confidence. If Trump was not safe his media would have already been taken over telling everyone to accept Biden etc. They cant do that because they do not have control and he could respond somewhere else, shattering the illusion. If his entire family was suddenly and permanently gone people would know something is wrong; again, illusion shattered. He and his family are off grid and are safe in my opinion. If you start seeing messages from him explicitly saying "concession" and "Biden" (out of character) but you dont see him then it's time to worry.

If they were in control that video would have been over the top concession to Biden. No reason for any ambiguity. And no reason to try and get him out of office at that point either.
