Im not a huge religious person and I think I'm a very devout patriot. So i disagree. The downfall began when family values were no longer instilled. Probably around 50s or 60s...i would say.
Religion is separate for a reason, it can be easily corrupted and creat monarchs ungoverned by the people. I don't think I have to educate any of you on what the separation of church and state means but it looks like some one needs to educate Milo.
