I downloaded 1080 version of video , then extracted every frame (4000 frames at 200 k resolution each frame ) and had a look at a lot of them. It looks ok and legit.
Remember digital is only a representation of reality and the version you all looked at was 480 resolution which is only about 1/10 th of clarity of the 1080 version
Looking at 480 video it looks like what you are saying but not on 1080
