"Stand-Alone Complex" more then just an anime. I've advocated utilizing smaller units of 3-5 people with essentially a central "forum". No major plans or ideas should be mentioned there. It's harder for the glowriggers to slip into a smaller group as well as forces them to deploy more manpower and resources.
The other thing is using tools and strategies that remove/deplete/destroy the enemies resources. Ad-nauseum (a program that basically rapes goolag keywords and fucks their revenue stream harder then Micheal Obama fucks his spouse after snorting a Viagra...), A simple script to download and refresh a webpage then dump the cache and repeat, place onto cheap computer, use cantenna (wireless USB Wi-FI adapter stuffed into a pringles can to boost range) pointed at a Starcucks to leech their bandwidth. Costs our enemies money and aggravates the morons using those locations. I can drop a massive post on these tools, tactics, and strategies and I'll put it out there IF "Bought-out" Biden (little off topic but do you think that Natalie was a "hand-me-down from Joe to Hunter once she got too old for him?) gets installed.
