I have only voted in two elections in my life and now I’m never going to again. I feel so lost and confused about what to do now. I haven’t even gotten a career going for myself yet and I feel like everything is pointless with what our country is becoming. My mom keeps telling me it’s going to be okay but I really don’t see how. This is different than any other time in history like with what these people are capable of I don’t even see America anymore... i just don’t even know what to do with my life now. People on here still have hope but I don’t even see how we’re going to be able to get out of this mess. I just don’t know what to do and I really don’t have anywhere else to voice my thoughts outside of my family because everyone I know is a leftist. I just wonder if anyone else is feeling this way because I can’t focus on anything else rn.
