Assumptions:

The system is a mix bag of competence and amateurs, with many openings

We are surrounded and infiltrated by hostile operatives seeking an opportunity for prosecutions

We will lose to special ops and psy-ops, and must evade those

The Federal problem we face is rooted in Local weakness, so the solution could be Local, which happens to be our strength
Proposals for methods:
- Control Language - do not talk about things that will get you in jail.
we can no longer make direct statements. Anyone making a direct statement is endangering the group. All Ops must be Constitutional and Legal in their description and discussion. Assume that any digital discussion is recorded, and be careful even in person.

Move to Matrix and/or Telegram and/or Signal while still maintaining rule #1 in all strategic discussions

Assume Provocateurs will appear trying to make you do stupid things with bad timing. Once we have plans we will be less vulnerable to such Ops - they will become an opportunity.
Proposals for actions (requires organization, see below):

Every future protest should be by Armed Citizens and Peaceful (always keep 1st and 2nd amendment together in narrative and action). The 2nd appeals to both Military and Police, and regardless of your disappointments, winning over these guys is always the key.

Peaceful Protests in State Legislatures of the states where our votes were betrayed with chants of Basic Demands (see below), with printouts of these demands provided to all observers.

Civil Disobedience actions in places where Ballots / Machines are being destroyed or moved out of legal storage.

Information campaigns to contest the information warfare by the Media. Our own Media should be as vetted and developed as our Leadership structure, if not more. Enough reliance on outsiders and opaque ad based channels. We should crowdfund good projects and require money to be spent transparently.
Proposals for organization:

Develop a set of Basic Demands that are rational and possible to fulfill that most people on the board agree upon. These should be so innocent and rational that every normie will agree - make these as hard to demonize as possible.

Develop a set of High Demands that are less likely to be filled - this list is more for an internal use or when engaging in a final negotiation (much later).

Create a transparent Whitelist of Supporters - and a system to review and adjudicate

Create a transparent Blacklist of Opponents - and a system to review and adjudicate

Create a system to reward initiative with Leadership, and provide that leadership with mandate of action by voting. No more outsiders declaring themselves as leaders. Only leaders voted on by the movement in a competitive process.

Lustration - anyone who was part of the system cannot be part of the leadership of the solution. We can accept political refugees but they can never be trusted with leadership.

Term Limits - we should not trust leaders that cannot promote successors, we should have term limits within the movement, and demand it from representatives

Create a system for Detecting and neutralizing infiltrators. This could require an internal agency that will continuously run ops and provide pass-codes for the other members that will be rotated frequently. We should be at least as sophisticated as our veteran ancestors.

We have the formal law and the constitution on our side, it is just not being properly enforced by the current system. Worse, we're going to be targeted by provocation and selective punishment if we're not careful.
One of our strengths is that we should understand each other without saying the words. We understand each other, right? We're the peaceful protesters from now and forever. We disavow, and understand.
I don't think you understand my message, and this is fine. Note that I don't tell you to "trust the plan" and sit idle. I'm giving you an option that is better than dooming. I believe that your questions will be answered easier once people are better organized. Every successful movement that changed things started with organization - read that history and check their progression.
Think about it this way:
I am saying that we got caught with our pants down. We can't start running forward with our feet entangled and our genitals exposed. The first step is to put those pants back on, hide the family jewels, and tighten that belt. It would certainly make a conversation less awkward.
p.s. While responding to you I was listening to the Scott Adams stream, episode 1245. I agree with him on most points (this time). This particular episode is extremely useful. If you can figure out the nature of the contradictions, and how they reconcile, you will understand our language
While writing that I meant me and Mr. Adams, because we seem to share an understanding. He disavows, but understands. I disavow, and understand. I don't need him to explain the ramifications of his words.
People who want USA to remain a Constitutional Republic with legitimate elections should be the ultimate "Our", as many supporters, and as few shills.
Alright. This could be one of the High Demands, or, in parts, a Basic Demand, when enough pedes participate in contemplating and ratifying the lists.
In the Short Term we want the 2020 election to be contested, whether in the realm of state legislatures, or in public opinion, or both.
In the Long Term we want a legitimate election system where souls match votes, as you described.
It seems that currently most pedes want more immediate action and to lay off the 2022/2024 talk, so we can save this branch of conversation for later. I actually agree with this sentiment, we still have 12 days remaining, we should get the most out of them.
