i wrote earlier in other posts about a lot of strange things i saw in that video, but another one that ringed me up was that he never take the hands and forearms out from the podium, and the shape / position they keep, doesn't look natural, nor anything similar to Trump one

Looks like the took two stills that are minutes apart and but the back to back. You can see the red circle on the time stamps at the bottom. Or am I missing something?
The face is almost the exact same in either frame. It is very unusual, and if you get an understanding of how deep fakes work (which is usually from multiple images of the same person), this leads us to believe it could've been very likely deepfaked. Also, with the black void beneath Trump's neck, and the inverted mouth paired as potential evidence of deepfake, I don't have much doubt in my mind this was faked.

No worries man. The only question we have if it is deepfaked is “why?” Why would they need to deepfake it in the first place? It’s all so weird.

The man uses his hands when he talks. His speech pattern and word choice was also off. Strange video. I have a hard time believing that was him.
What would make sense to me is that it's a real video, but a few phrases were cut or modified via deepfake.
