The summary is that the post World War II order is enforced through an economy of blackmail. The modern blackmail economy exploded with the invention of photography in the 1800s. After WWI, Weimar Berlin became an international capital for blackmail, whereafter blackmail procurement techniques were copied and developed by various political centers. Since WWII, Epstein-level blackmail has been the system that prevents the world from WWIII. Everyone in proximity to a nuclear launch code is blackmailed. It’s self perpetuating and self enforcing, like any economy where the mutual benefit is both survival and access to power. Kissinger was deeply involved in this “Westphalia 2.0.” Now the world order is facing the rise of deep fake technologies which threaten the whole blackmail economy through devaluation of the “currency.” Elites can back out if deepfakes can allow them to claim plausible deniability. A few defectors could destabilize the whole system. Many elites are trying to figure out transition out of it without causing a world war.
