Except there are irregularities in this video with his neck, tie stripes, black void below Adam’s apple going into shirt and head jerking around while body stays put. I don’t think you realize how far this technology has come.

Yeah, a deep fake wouldn't be clear. It would purposely have added video compression or a delay, making the video seem lower quality to conceal any evidence of being fake.
