Over half of the country believes the whole thing was rigged and that Trump won, and even a lot of Democrats are suspicious of the results. Faith in our elections is at an all time low. And our media is distrusted by just about everyone.
If Biden fucks up bad enough (he will), people will rise up, because deep down nobody believes this jackass won 80 million votes.

Congress and/or SCOTUS can have an effect. Revotes/decert, either voluntarily or Court mandated.
