The gun seems pointing in wrong direction, but we never see where exactly she is located in comparison. If she is leaning further forward.. Then the gun actually did push her back as expected, and even against gravity, despite what the video claims.
The blood claims... Its not guaranteed they hit the carotid artery or any vein. It is possible to get shot, and not have excessive bleeding.
The way her hands immediately curled up, could show direct damage to Central or peripheral nervous system. Its called spasticity and contractures. You see her, clearly curl up as I've seen many people with high tonicity and Nervous damage.
