It's obviously a tissue/ toilet paper to make sure it's not a sweaty handshake. You see her wipe her hand dry just before it's her turn. The white tissue is always with her, was never handed off. No conspiracy here just a very nervous person with sweat palms and an awkward nervous handshake.
