yes she had something in her hands, and when trump got near she crashed, first wanna swap hand, then pocket, then great, don't great, but this a part, in the last frames of the shake, when she pulls back the hand, seems she moves the index back quickly, like to avoid something from falling, for the object itself, i doubt is a coin, can't really zoom so well but shape seems a box and colour / dimension look more like a paper or a card, kinda looks like she put what she got together with what she had and down in the pocket
