They will never change the laws, and even if they did, as we have seen, they won't enforce them.
Here is my simple and effective method:
A. Create a simple app. B. Create a secure Web Site
- At each polling station, a team of good citizens(spotters) watch the entrance(s),when someone is spotted going in, the spotter touches a button on the app. It increase the count by 1 for the GPS co-ordinates on the Web Site Map.
Each polling site can maintain a separate count pool for each MAC entering spotted data. Thus the pools can be compared for veracity.
That's it. Two objects and one step action plan.
It is not perfect, but from what we have seen this year, starting with a simple metric as how many voted at a polling station would be a huge improvement!

That is quite correct. The objective is to lay down an absolute value for one of the variables.
