Elipse park had security, speakers and TV's set up so everyone could hear and see Trump.
The entire walk to the capitol had police presence blocking every intersection.
The capitol itself had no speakers, TV's, no security, no direction. No infrastructure for a speech or security to hold the area Trump was intended to speak in (The scaffold/podium). During Trump's speech, the TV/Speakers cut out so people could barely hear about going to the capitol, most people got going to get a good spot so they might be able to hear him this time.
Why?
Average citizens don't just 'take hard drives".
Desktop monitors are locked after usually less than 5 mins of inactivity. But they are still unlocked for photo ops minutes later?
