Defining angles like that is always a tricky business. A slight turn one way or another might not look like enough, or too much from one angle, but not another. Perhaps. I can't confirm nor deny it.

I'm more interested in the blood argument, if I'm honest with you. But, I've never seen anyone shot in the neck, so can't tell you how much blood there should be.

well the largest blood vessel is in the neck. So logically if you were getting shot in the neck, the blood should burst out.
