Bernie Sanders is an Independent.

Edit: in some states it is 'unaffiliated', 'No Party', or 'unenrolled'

Edit 2: Some of you think voting matters. I don't. Some of you think the republican party can be commandeered. I don't.

Deregistering from the republican party is at a minimum about SENDING A MESSAGE.

Actually I want Democrat because I'll be pitching the most aggressively left wing candidates I can. The system is rigged, we can't win. Our future is a slow march toward totalitarianism... unless the commies crash the system first. This country is going to do what needs to be done until it all comes apart. The sooner that happens, the less chance our kids have to clean up this mess for us.
