How, precisely, does the president legally "do away with the bullshit process" when elections are controlled by the states per the Constitution. They challenged mail in ballots ten different ways and the courts wouldn't play. Please give more legal specifics otherwise you're just talking.

Of course the states have to change it, but that's the state legislator's job.
