As a resident in the state of WA we have had all mail in voting since the early 2005, and without a doubt it has changed the political dynamics of the state of Washington. The Republican candidate for governor should have made a battle for governor, but it didn't even come close. Speaking to many of my close friends they admitted it was the first time in their lives that they voted straight Republican. The machine can not be trusted.
