The background looks a little washed out compared to Trump. Almost like it was two cameras. Also, Trump's body mannerisms are different, if you ever watch him on stage, he moves from side to side.

That video does not look natural. It doesn't look like videos of him at his rallies. It looks like a poorly done superposition of his head on someone else trying to mimic his body movement speaking style.

The place where you can really see the weirdness is where his neck roll overlaps his collar. In the side view shot it’s really apparent, like his head was superimposed into a different body. His neck is moving a lot but his collar never moves along with it, so either he uses a ton of starch in his laundry or the head and body are separate entities.
The rest of the video just looks weird because they used a low aperture so the background is slightly out of focus. Then it looks like they oversharpened the scene pretty dramatically too.
Look at the deepfakes of Nicolas Cage...then remember that government is often years or decades ahead in technology. Prime example is nuclear weapons, countries today can't even figure it out when some governments have had it done for nearly a century. A deepfake is just technology, as long as they have the program, they can literally whip it up in real time.

Throughout the video there will be blackness there like the face didn't fully render down and it's floating free from the body. Other people have called out stuff with the sides of his collar to, but I think the bottom V of the collar right above the tie is the most telling.

The motions where you see his hands and the body motions are exactly the same. I don't have the skills to overlay them but I'd like to see it done.
