Well, the first thing he wants to do when he gets into office is permanently secure the Democrat control over the government. Some of the things he plans to do are as follows:
-Grant all the illegal immigrants in the country a rapid path to citizenship. Roughly there are over 11 million currently, but there are reports I've read that new migrant caravans are forming in South America and are planning on making their way here to cross the border before Biden gets sworn in.
-He may potentially push to have Puerto Rico granted statehood which most likely will end up being a blue state (like Hawaii).
-He will pack the Supreme Court with left-leaning Justices.
Other things he'll immediately do is to rejoin the Paris Accords which had the U.S. as one of the biggest contributors with minimal benefits to us. He's going to institute a nationwide mask mandate which I believe will be never-ending. He may claim it will be for a certain period of time but given the pattern of how the Democrats have handled the virus over the last several months, I do not feel he will roll back on mask-wearing. He plans to roll back all of Trump's policies and try to bring back Obama era policies. One of those includes Trump's tax policy which will raise taxes across all economic classes.
Gun control: He's going to push for nationwide gun registration and/or gun buyback program. Along with the gun registration, he's going to implement a tax on certain classifications of guns and magazines that are considered "high capacity". The tax is so insanely high that it would make it almost impossible for the average working-class individual to even possess a gun. Eventually what I feel this will slowly lead to a complete ban on all firearms.
There's much more which I'm sure he's going to implement, but I think these are a few of the things he will try and change right away.
