I think of her as Joan of Arc.

But this is how Trump described her.

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2021/01/07/donald-trump-announces-plan-for-smooth-transition-of-power-to-joe-biden/

“The demonstrators who infiltrated the capitol have defiled the seat of American democracy,” Trump said. “To those who engage in the acts of violence and destruction, you do not represent our country, and to those who broke the law, you will pay.”

Trump said that he was “outraged” by the lawlessness he witnessed, and he deployed the national guard “immediately” to help defend the building, despite reporting that he first resisted the idea.

Our Leader, President Trump is wrong about Ashli Babbitt. He owes her family an apology!

Trump ordered his army to march on the Capitol.

And then he abandoned them - and now he calls them criminals.

I am sorry. I am done making excuses. It is all over.

Wish I could disagree with you.

Yes. One who unfortunately made a poor choice to force her way over a barricade with armed guards visibly standing on the other side with weapons at the ready.

I don't see how she felt that would end well for her.

Because she was not viewed in isolation. But as an extension to the mob of people behind her that, taken together, posed an imminent threat and danger.

Of all people, I would expect a vet to understand that context and the gravity of the situation that secret service, et al found itself in.

A Coward dies a thousand deaths. A brave man only once.
