Personally, I think POTUS's latest video looked kind of odd. Like he's exaggerating his head movement, especially addressing a recent historic (and stressful) event. And from watching Body Language Ghost's assessment of previous POTUS clips on YouTube, he doesn't move or act like his usual self to my observation.

Someone with more time than I should go through POTUS videos and find the original video they used. Should be able to match up specific movements within small times frames to prove its the one they used. I suspect that's why they used a speech that seems to have a green screen background. That way they can point to the green screen when people claim it looks weird.
