An executive order can’t do all things. And he had no power over elections. The constitution places that firmly on the states. I agree with you, but he did things by the book. He stood firmly on our Constitution. He didn’t break the rules

Moral victories are worthless. What would the left have done? Pushed the order through, overstep their authority and fight it in sympathetic courts. And half the time, they end up winning like the Obamacare mandate.

Yes he does, under the 14th amendment. Clearly voters were not being treated equally. A very easy case to prove. That would have given the conservative judges a chance to do the right thing once Trump was gone and enforce the EO he put in.
