He could have seized the Capitol, he could have arrested every Congressmen for treason, and if they tried to bring in the National Guard or the Military then that one million would have turned into 10 million, armed to the teeth, overnight.

The left is not interested in unity or healing, they aren’t going to forgive and forget, they want revenge, and they are going to have it. Who's going to enforce that order? I don't think you understand how bad things are. There is no one loyal to him. No law enforcement or military officials will go along with anything he orders. He is alone. The entire system is united against him and it's not only to make sure he isn't president but to be sure to destroy him and send a clear message that anyone who thinks they want to be the next one to try and end their racket won't even get close.
