There was no plan. You had a million people pissed off enough to flock to DC on his orders. They were pissed off enough to storm the Capitol building. That could have been leveraged into a world changing event with leadership and a plan. Instead he got up there, repeated the same shit everybody already knew, and then told everyone to March to the Capitol, which they did.
