In 1967, even the Black Panthers were allowed to protest Congress by entering the building armed and were allowed to do so. In 2020, unarmed protesters had to fight to get in and some were shot despite being unarmed. How things change... (www.sacbee.com)

The Black Panthers was the state Capitol in CA, but all Capitols are Federal buildings so I agree with the point
