It's a little bit higher I think.. You're taking 1% out of 99%, should be 1% out of 100% IMHO. So (4,613,874 / 99)x100 = 4,660,479 potential voters. 4,660,479 - 4,613,032 votes cast = 46,605 votes remaining.
Either way, Trump won by a landslide. I'm guessing with an honest election with about the same numbers as the Governor race, 57 to 40. Who honestly believes people vote for biden for president but a republican for governor?
Your math is right, but your assumption on the 99% votes in, is off.
That is an estimation, as they do not have a final number of votes in, while still collecting. It is a function of their expected turn out and available voters registered. If turnout or registered voters is wrong, it makes the 99% in estimate wrong.
I'm convinced it was stolen from trump, just dont use this to red pill normies. Its not the proof we want it to be.

4,613,874 * .01 = 46,139 votes remaining
yet Biden got 225,601 more votes after this point in time.
