The protesters did not commit violence against people or police or even the structure of the building itself.

The violence came from the police, the secrete service, and the members of congress certifying the results of a fraudulent election. Even Biden admitted it was a fraud: (https://thefederalist.com/2020/10/24/joe-biden-says-democrats-created-the-most-extensive-and-inclusive-voter-fraud-organization-in-american-history/)

The protesters simply wanted the public servants - our servants - in congress who have disregarded us for decades to finally hear our voices ...

... To hear our pleas that a fraudulent election not be certified. But they continued their denials and double speak.

... To hear our extreme discontent at having the CoVid-19 stimulus bill contain more stimulus (and graft) for foreign countries than for USA citizens.

... To hear our anguish at knowing — our only peaceful recourse to their deaf ears and corruption — a free and fair and honest election — must be protected. But instead they barricaded themselves in the people’s house while they schemed and plotted and. hustled the electoral college processes and played their shenanigans.

The quote unquote violence that took place has been condemned, understood, and praised. I am not here to pass judgement one way or another.

I just want to say:

Many, many pro-constitutionalists are pro-Trump but please — do not conflate the two... people come and go but the constitution must be respected and protected in order for its words to last forever....
