Couple points wrong with this:

  1. there was barely any violence in the Capitol. Some shoving and pushing but other than the tragic murder that's it

  2. judges haven't thrown out cases for lack of evidence, they were thrown out without even being opened. That's MUCH different

  3. it's not repubs versus dems, and hasn't been like that in a long time

Neighborbis uninformed but it's not their fault... The system is designed to do that specifically
