I agree with this. If evil forces were behind the latest video, why wouldn't they doctor the video so that he clearly concedes to Biden? That'll give the media the top story they've been dying for.
Also, why isn't it possible that he recorded the video in front of a green screen, at a secret location, (for his safety), and his people just did a bad job making it look like he was at The White House? It may have just been done in a rush and not edited properly to look perfect. Hence the head/body proportion issues, not showing the hands, clipping, etc.

Taking away his Twitter and posting this suggests to me: either Deep State has him, and the Deep Fake is meant to stall for time with Patriots so we don't get feisty... or he is in a secure location, implementing the 2018 EO and simply has other fish to fry. It was done pretty well. I say this as someone who does it for a living. It was probably done in a hurry but none of the normies will catch it.
Some things, film artifacts if you will, are almost impossible to remove completely.
