Look at about 1:10 to 1:25 - his hair on the top does not naturally 'go into' the black background of the portrait behind him. It stops 'flatly' at the edge of the frame. Hard to describe. Also, the lighting on his chest area is brighter than that in the background or on the front seal of the podium.
To me the most obvious signs of it being fake are the neck and collar. Sometimes the neck just overlaps the collar, collar doesn't flinch at all. Then at other times the neck stretches collar white color upwards, but collar doesn't flinch, how do you even pull up a tight collar like that with your neck while speaking, it's not possible in any way. Then also his head flinches to the side, the gap caused by the collar not moving along is filled with a darker hue than his skin and looks kinda blurred out.
