My point wasn't whether or not Biden would be sworn in, but if I was convinced that I was wrong about Trump having a plan. I digress.

In short: they know that he's illegitimate and they consequently have the authority to remove him from office. If they actually do this, I would presume that they would likewise arrest others who are holding public office illegitimately, which would include Harris and almost all of Congress.
