There is talk that the concession speech was a deep fake and now we have an announcement of where he will not be on inauguration day. I'm starting to really wonder about his current condition/whereabouts. Should we please start beating the drum for a public appearance?

Most likely under virtual house arrest. He has the entire establishment on him....

unless he did make it out of DC, which I find to be highly doubtful.
