Enemy of the people.

Okay?

That's clearly Abraham Lincoln..

For a company called USA Today they are pretty clueless about US history.

Sadly, the majority of these people were lured in by Antifa and the DC police, they thought they were being invited into the capitol. The CSPAN clips show people behaving as tourists for God's sake. They were holding their phones in the air pointing up in the rotunda as if taking pictures of the beauty that is capitol. Hell, I even saw either a Mennonite or Amish woman in there. Like they would incite violence in any way. I have been to many of the protests since Nov 3rd and to a lot of Trump rallies, and I have never seen any hate. I have seen anger since Nov 3rd, but a patriot would never vandalize our sacred institutions. No way. People had every right to go into the capitol to peacefully protest-That was not insurrection.

Thank you for this!! I was saying the same...

JUST TO BE SUPER FUCKIN CLEAR. 99.9% didn't storm anything. The gates were opened and people walked in through the open areas they were able to access. YES. SOME PEOPLE broke windows and climbed through areas that were off limits and was illegal to do so. In short, my point is that many of the people in the capitol simply walked in when allowed, did no harm, and when told to leave they did. Those people did nothing wrong. Nothing any more wrong than when leftists "occupied" buildings.

Leftists have stormed and protested peacefully in the Capitol many times. Two protestors disrupted the joint session 4 years ago when the electoral votes were counted. They disrupted the Kavenaugh hearing in the Senate...

It was truly mostly peaceful.

2
InTheArmsOfThePepe 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yep.

This is why myself and so many others warned that well-intentioned peaceful protestors could unknowingly find themselves labelled as part of something nefarious that is far beyond their control.

2
DJTrumpMAGA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exactly. When that was happening and people started funneling into the building I had the old Star Wars in my mind, "It's a trap!!!"

Gabbs1212 2 points ago +2 / -0

Isn't there a house in Seattle, that hasn't paid their mortgage in 3 years, that the squaters are refusing to leave? How is this more illegal than that? Police stood down there. We own the building in DC. Not the police, not the congresspeople that were in there. We do!

DJTrumpMAGA 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don't get me wrong. Please understand that I am highlight LEGALITY and not MORALITY. Is it right to break a window in the capitol building that our tax dollars pay for and we should be allowed to enter? Hmmm. Is it legal? Definitely not.

Wait until they start requesting all the flight logs from the past week

USA Today is a CIA operation. The newspaper's headquarters are a 5 minute drive from Langley, VA (CIA headquarters)

Nameless_Mofo 9 points ago +10 / -1

USA Today has never been anything more than a hotel room doormat for people to step on as they walk out of their rooms in the morning.

Fuck that piece of shit rag.

3
thisisatestof2 3 points ago +3 / -0

I was just going to say that. The only places I’ve ever encountered a USA today were dumped outside the hotel room door or on the table in a doctors office waiting room. I don’t know anyone who actually reads it on a daily basis for news.

When I have encountered them I have attempted to read them and they’re reporting is absolutely garbage written add about a fifth grade level with a few facts and lots and lots of filler words to make the paper seem like it actually has content.

USA Today reminds me of back in school when you were told you had to write a three page paper on something, but only filled up 1.5 pages and just kept adding words and sentences to meet the requirement but no new factual content. Except that is every article.

Well, to be fair, they have a long history, going back to 'Disrupt J-20' of trying to identify protestors. Right? Oh, no....no they don't.

Maybe those of us who didn’t go should claim we were there just to waste their time and help them make their fake news

1
my_pw_is_password 1 point ago +1 / -0

Oh yeah, they are going to completely ignore why people where at the Capitol im the first place and the narrative will be that anyone there was either an evil white supremacist or a stupid idiot listening to Trumps lies and deceit...

So many patriots out there, their voices should not be ignored. It will be the end of this country as we know it if their grievances are not even listened to...

The real problem are media and education. Fix that and you fix society.

1
mathteach314159 1 point ago +1 / -0

The stark contrast between the look of joy and amazement in those who entered the capitol building and the looks of anger and hatred of those who looted, burned down cities and killed people in the BLM riots of 2020 sure is somethin.

1
ChrztyAnn 1 point ago +1 / -0

who has names of blm and antifa members?!

1
Shaffro 1 point ago +1 / -0

Fuck the commie rag. The propaganda media needs to go.

1
thisisatestof2 1 point ago +1 / -0

A local newspaper posted something on Facebook yesterday basically saying if you were at the protest yesterday share any pictures you took or post your experience in our comments. Every single person called them out on what they were attempting to do.

Prediction: They won't run anything with this data, as half the crowd were paid agitators and have been seen at antifa rallies across the country.

Get used to it.

1
Pirate_Lafitte 1 point ago +1 / -0

If they want to smear them as rioters, to hen they will need a more damning picture. This is just a few people waving flags.

1
ouvrez_les_yeux 1 point ago +1 / -0

People saying this was illegal--where have you been the last 3 months? There is no law in this country anymore. Only brute force selectively applied.
