There is no such thing as Italian federal court though, all courts apply national law, we do have an exception in "TAR" regional tribunals, they have jurisdiction for administrative and civil suits, but those have nothing to say in any penal law proceedings and wouldn't be involved in a criminal case anyway.
Are you Italian? Could you do any research to find out if this actually happened? My issue with her is that she said she gave the affidavit to Trump Christmas eve. So if there was anything to this.
