That is not how discovery works. You don't get to just open their doors and have a gander at everything that's inside. You have to prove that you had a legitimate reason to make the claims you made at the time that you made them. You don't get to sift through their hard drives and filing cabinets for dirt.
I understand, but Trump's Team said many times that they have the evidence. Now, they get the chance to actually show it in a court before a jury. Of course, they first have to get a judge who will admit that evidence. I'm sure Dominion will object to everything.

Okay, I understand. My take is that evidence Trump's Team has will find its way into Sidney's possession; however, even without it, I believe she and Wood have a solid defense and are eager to show it to the world. Dominion will regret this... as did CNN when they went up against Wood.
I wouldn't put much hope in it. Sidney Powell has made statements about Dominion that are objectively and probably false. Even conservative outlets like Newsmax issued broad retractions and corrections when they received the same letter Sidney Powell received. Lin Wood has been successful in getting settlements on some layup cases, but in those cases his client was the one suing for defamation. He is not known as a courtroom lawyer, and in fact some other high profile lawyers have claimed Lin Wood has never won a trial case.
The Deep State machine seeks to grind anyone that opposes them into dust. Godspeed Sidney. I hope she's able to expose Dominion for the role they played in rigging the election.

Discovery is great and all, but we do not have a legal system any more, we have kangaroo courts.
