They do a shit ton of flight training in Texas between the Air Force and Navy and are often very busy on weekdays. This proves nothing as I've seen it busier.
I am holding hopes that something is going on, but we have multiple large air bases in Texas and we don't know what the standard air traffic looks like for the area just yet. If a comparison is made, then we can make a decent theory.
Looks like typical air traffic for military installations in the area.. That cluster in the middle is between Fort Hood and Kelly Field in San Antonio.
