By seeking to overthrow the military of the United States and it's Commander-in-Chief by blocking his access to the military and Nuclear Launch Codes.

This action puts the entire NATION in danger at a very pivotal moment in our history. Any rogue nation now could fire upon us and have some expectance that a counter-attack would not be immediate and forceful.

Where is the media calling for her immediate removal from power, and to be tried for treason.

Mark Miley was born in Massachusetts, one of the bluest of blue states since the 70's.

He went to all the correct Lefty schools.

He definitely wanted to comply - but the Chain of Command applies as much to him as it does to the boot camp grunt.

Mark may hate Trump with a passion, but he's not insubordinate nor treasonous.

Just think of the example it would set in the military, if one could be blatantly insubordinate simply due to politics.

Of wait...Vinman already showed us that.
