We need to eliminate Google. I went to my employer and shows then search results differences between Google, Duck Duck Go, and five other search engines. I asked why we use google when clearly these others produce superior result sets.
I showed the censored results and pointed out that continued use Google after being informed of this was tantamount to endorsing the censorship and bias.
I also pointed out the legal liabilities that certain radical or activists employees could bring when Google updates its banners to support every major religious holiday except Christianity. Or that by promoting certain individuals while and not others that the company exposes itself to unnecessary risks.
Simple fix just use a different search engin that doesn't do those things and therefore no risk. It was an easy cell. Especially when I pointed out that any employee who wished to do so could switch back to google.
The next day everyone in my company was updated by admin policy change and started getting Duck Duck Go results...
I being in IT was asked by a lot of people why the company did this.
I got to show them at my desk at least 5 different times the fact that Google censors and every time was an ah ha... red pill moment.
