Took me like 20 minutes to download all my pics and delete my account. I kept it until Election Day just to stir crap with leftys and deleted it on the 4th. Keep in mind that they keep your account open but inactive for 30 days before they delete it from the active site. They'll have all your data forever, but it starts losing value to them immediately.

Wow, this is awesome. I stay on Facebook because it's my baby book. I go to "memories" every day to see what cute things my kids did years ago. I'm going to download that shit and leave.

I just need it for work. Plus, it is (unfortunately) still a good way to reach the masses. I usually just post something then leave (aside from work related stuff). I never even check the notifications anymore let alone respond to any. But I have since deleted insta and have never used twatter.
