If he were dead, Pence would be already sworn in. Lots more activity that couldn't be hidden. I think assassination threat or he's invoking IA, specifically to get all of the 'unheard' evidence in play. Still haven't heard any more about scytl server from Frankfort or this Italy confession. If IA, most of life outside of govt would go on as usual. There maybe stuff going on now that we wouldn't see. Physically follow or surveil CNN's remote broadcasting teams. The DS hates Trump so much, they would want any disciplinary moves to be recorded and broadcast for posterity. If they (CNN) don't move, then all of the moves are initiated by Trump's side.
how would we know Pence was sworn in? All you need it Roberts to do it in Secret and that's it. You dont even technically need to tell anybody, just pretend any communication coming from Pence is actually from Trump. Keep it to a small group of communist traitors and keep it secret.
I think Pence would let his status as 'President' get out pretty quickly, as would the Dems, if for nothing but to embarrass Trump. But I have no idea how this stuff really works.
