One is the DNI report effectively revealed to them YOU'RE FINISHED. They waited until after certification and stealing the Georgia runoff to let them commit the crime and close the deal.

If Ratcliffe was corrupted, the DNI report could have been planned to come out after congress just in time for it not to make a difference.
However... congress is kind of shitting their pants right now and desperately trying for 25th amendment instead of doing a victory lap. So maybe it was the bad news scenario for them?

The crime was done prior to certification. There is NO reason to wait until after certification if they actually have the goods. I never bought the "It had to be this way, follow the plan".
If there's shit in there, it needs to be released publicly NOW. Trump can declassify and email it out himself. Don't let anybody stonewall it. That's how THEY win. Just put it out.
I always agree that everything being released publicly is the best way. Unfortunately Trump hasn't entirely operated that way.
That being said, and this is purely me spitballing, if DJT provided incontrovertible (still classified) evidence of rigging to members of congress and the senate before the vote and they certified it with that prior knowledge, that could be a way to arrest nearly all of congress for certification of a known illegal tally.

They completed the crime by certifying it. But I think it's more likely the DOJ was cucked and waited to help the Democrats, and Trump will be using the military only to stomp them.
They didn't need to "Complete" the crime. If someone breaks into your home to steal something, you don't need to wait until they get back to their hideout. Catching them in the act is good enough. Its not like if they presented all their evidence in a court, they could walk away because they didn't finish the certification. Oh, ok Pelosi and Biden and everyone is all colluding and the fraud occurred and we can prove it, but they're innocent because they didn't wait until certification? Not buying it.
Before the 6th it was largely handled by the states. To get the whole congress in trouble you needed the vote.
The vote itself isn't a crime without the underlying collusion.
Or the deep state delayed the report because it would hurt their cause.
