Yeah the handshake doesn't mean the person definitely is a shill or glowie, just that there is an increased likelihood that that is the case compared to a user who doesn't have the handshake. Likewise, just because someone doesn't have a handshake, that doesn't definitively mean the person is not a shill or glowie.
