Not that the soon to be packed SCOTUS would do anything other than be the spineless traitors they are, but it's a pleasant fantasy to think Powell could appeal the case to them and have all evidence of fraud in the next 12 days presented. In fact, couldn't she now use the discovery process to seize their machines.
