If they are trying to keep Trump safe by flying him on the doomsday plane, why would they put his plane on those tracking apps? That would be the least safe thing to do! Pence can order that doomsday plane to fly to wherever to throw people off!

All aircraft in the U.S have transponders and are tracked by ATCs. It's to avoid in air collisions. This includes military aircraft.

Yes, but fighter aircraft do not show up on these apps to keep them safe in a fight. It would not be safe to expose Trump’s location for that same reason.
